PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP POLICY
This Premium Membership Policy governs the paid subscription services offered on Wedfy, an online matrimonial technology platform owned and operated by SRMJ Pixel Infinity Playzone Private Limited.
By purchasing or using any premium service on Wedfy, you agree to be bound by this Premium Membership Policy along with Wedfy’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
NATURE OF PREMIUM SERVICES
Wedfy offers optional paid memberships that provide enhanced digital platform features. Premium memberships do not guarantee any match, response, marriage, engagement, or alliance.
Premium services are strictly limited to digital features such as communication tools, increased profile visibility, advanced filters, profile interaction tools, and account-related enhancements.
Wedfy does not sell matches or outcomes.
ELIGIBILITY
Only registered users who meet Wedfy’s eligibility requirements may purchase premium memberships. Wedfy reserves the right to approve, suspend, or cancel any premium account.
SUBSCRIPTION AND ACTIVATION
Premium membership becomes active only after successful payment confirmation from the authorized payment gateway.
Membership benefits are limited to the duration and scope of the selected plan.
Premium memberships are for individual personal use only and are non-transferable.
PAYMENTS AND BILLING
All payments are processed through secure, authorized third-party payment gateways.
Wedfy does not store credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials.
Prices, plans, and features may change at Wedfy’s discretion.
Any applicable taxes, gateway charges, or government levies shall be borne by the user.
NO GUARANTEE AND NO OUTCOME ASSURANCE
Wedfy does not guarantee:
number of matches
profile responses
profile views
alliance or marriage success
Premium services enhance platform access only.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION
All payments for premium memberships are non-refundable except where required by law or where a written refund policy is explicitly applicable.
Once a premium plan is activated, cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund of unused time or features.
MISUSE AND TERMINATION
Wedfy reserves the right to suspend, downgrade, restrict, or permanently terminate premium memberships without refund if:
false information is provided
misuse or fraud is detected
policies are violated
unlawful or abusive activity occurs
Premium services may also be suspended during investigations.
FEATURE MODIFICATION
Wedfy reserves the right to modify, upgrade, downgrade, replace, or discontinue any premium feature or plan at any time without liability.
FAIR USE AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY
Premium services are subject to fair usage policies to prevent abuse, automation, spam, scraping, or harassment.
Excessive, abnormal, or suspicious activity may result in limitations or suspension.
CHILD SAFETY
Premium services are strictly restricted to users aged eighteen and above. Any form of child exploitation, abuse, or harmful content results in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Wedfy shall not be liable for any emotional, financial, relational, technical, or indirect damages arising from premium service usage. Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the premium service.
POLICY UPDATES
Wedfy reserves the right to update this Premium Membership Policy at any time. Continued use of premium services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
