Welcome to WEDFY. Wedfy is an online matrimonial technology platform owned and operated by SRMJ Pixel Infinity Playzone Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, India. By accessing, registering, or using Wedfy through its website or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules.

Wedfy operates solely as a technology-based intermediary platform that enables individuals to create matrimonial profiles, search prospective matches, and communicate using digital tools. Wedfy does not act as a marriage bureau, broker, dating agency, or consultant. Wedfy does not guarantee marriage, alliance, compatibility, or response from any user. Wedfy does not participate in negotiations, background verification, or personal decision-making between users.

Use of Wedfy is permitted only to individuals who are legally competent to marry under applicable law. Female users must be at least eighteen years of age and male users must be at least twenty-one years of age. Users must register with genuine matrimonial intent. If a profile is created on behalf of another person, the user confirms that lawful consent has been obtained. Wedfy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or delete any account without notice.

Users agree that all information submitted shall be true, accurate, current, and complete. Only one profile per individual is permitted. Uploading fake, misleading, third-party, manipulated, or AI-generated content is prohibited. Users are responsible for updating profile information. Wedfy may remove any account containing false, duplicate, misleading, or unlawful content.

Users are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Wedfy will never ask for passwords or OTPs. All activities under an account are deemed to be performed by the account holder. Wedfy shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

Users agree to use Wedfy only for lawful matrimonial purposes. Harassment, impersonation, abusive behavior, misleading representation, unlawful activity, financial solicitation, or exploitation is strictly prohibited. Users must not upload obscene, pornographic, hateful, defamatory, violent, or unlawful material. Users must not promote external commercial services or attempt to redirect members outside the platform for illegal or misleading purposes. Automated tools, scraping, hacking, reverse engineering, or system abuse are prohibited. Any attempt to compromise platform integrity may result in permanent termination and legal action.

Users are solely responsible for all content shared or transmitted. By submitting content, users grant Wedfy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to host, store, display, distribute, modify for technical purposes, and use such content for operating, improving, and promoting the platform. Wedfy reserves the right to review, monitor, restrict, or remove any content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or community safety standards.

Registration on Wedfy is free. Optional paid services provide enhanced digital features only. All payments are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways. Wedfy does not store debit card, credit card, or UPI details. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written policy. Subscriptions are non-transferable and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at Wedfy’s discretion. Wedfy shall not be responsible for banking failures, network issues, chargebacks initiated without valid reason, or gateway-related disruptions.

Financial transactions between users are strictly prohibited. Wedfy does not support money transfers, investments, employment offers, or business dealings between members. Wedfy is not liable for any loss, fraud, dispute, or damage arising from interactions between users.

User information is processed in accordance with applicable Indian law and Wedfy’s Privacy Policy. Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational security practices are implemented to safeguard information. However, users acknowledge that no system is completely secure and data transmission risks cannot be fully eliminated.

Wedfy is strictly an 18+ platform. Any form of child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or harmful content is prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access and reporting to lawful authorities. Wedfy actively cooperates with law enforcement agencies as required under law.

Wedfy may integrate third-party services including payment gateways, analytics services, hosting providers, or verification tools. Wedfy is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party services and websites.

All intellectual property related to the platform, including design, software, trademarks, logos, and systems, belongs to Wedfy or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform solely for personal matrimonial purposes. Any copying, reverse engineering, resale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Wedfy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice if fraud, abuse, misrepresentation, suspicious behavior, legal non-compliance, or violation of these Terms is detected. Wedfy may also limit certain features, impose communication restrictions, or place accounts under review.

Wedfy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages including emotional distress, relationship outcomes, financial losses between users, loss of data, technical failures, service interruptions, or unauthorized access. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Wedfy for the specific service.

All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Wedfy disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or match success. Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wedfy, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, or legal expenses arising from misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or unlawful conduct.

Wedfy shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, system failures, cyber incidents, government actions, or force majeure conditions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to Indian jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved amicably may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat in India and proceedings conducted in English.

Wedfy may modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.
