1. Introduction

Welcome to Wedfy, a global matrimonial platform designed to help individuals find compatible life partners. By accessing, browsing, or registering on Wedfy, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of the website, mobile application, and any services provided by Wedfy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted under your account will be considered your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify Wedfy immediately.

Wedfy is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from misuse of your account credentials.

4. Purpose of the Platform

Wedfy is designed solely for matrimonial and relationship-building purposes. You agree not to use the platform for:

  • Friendship without matrimonial intent

  • Commercial activities

  • Fraudulent or misleading interactions

  • Any immoral, illegal, or harmful purpose

Any misuse of the platform may result in suspension, reporting to authorities, or permanent account deletion.

You understand and agree that Wedfy is not responsible for the behavior, actions, or statements of other users on the platform.

6. Communication and Behavior Policy

Users must conduct themselves with respect and dignity. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Misusing contact information

  • Attempting financial fraud or exploitation

Wedfy reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete accounts found violating these behavioral rules.

7. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of Wedfy may require paid membership or subscription. By purchasing any plan, you agree to the following:

  • All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may be updated periodically.

  • Subscription benefits apply only for the duration of the plan purchased.

  • Users must ensure timely renewal if they wish to continue premium services.

Wedfy will not be responsible for any financial loss due to user errors, payment gateway issues, or incorrect transactions.

8. Matchmaking Disclaimer

Wedfy provides tools and opportunities for users to discover potential partners, but does not guarantee:

  • Compatibility outcome

  • Family approval

All decisions taken by Wedfy regarding violations shall be final.

11. Account Termination

Wedfy reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access without prior notice if:

  • You violate Terms & Conditions

  • You provide false information

  • You misuse the platform

  • You behave abusively towards staff or users

  • You fail to meet legal eligibility criteria

Users may also request account deletion at any time.
