REFUND POLICY – WEDFY

This Refund Policy governs all payments made on Wedfy, an online matrimonial technology platform owned and operated by SRMJ Pixel Infinity Playzone Private Limited.

By purchasing any paid service or premium membership on Wedfy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy along with Wedfy’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.


NATURE OF SERVICES

Wedfy provides digital and technology-based matrimonial services. All paid offerings relate only to platform access, digital features, and subscription-based services.

Wedfy does not sell matches, alliances, guarantees, or outcomes. As the services are digital in nature and become available immediately upon activation, refunds are limited.


GENERAL REFUND POLICY

All payments made on Wedfy are non-refundable once the service is activated, except in cases where a refund is required under applicable law or explicitly approved by Wedfy in writing.

Unused subscription time, unused features, or partial usage do not qualify for refunds.


NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds shall not be provided in the following situations:

  • User dissatisfaction with matches, responses, or outcomes

  • No responses received from other members

  • Change of personal decision or circumstances

  • Incorrect partner preferences selected by the user

  • Partial or full usage of premium features

  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations

  • Technical issues caused by user devices, network, or third-party services

  • Failure to read or understand service details before purchase


EXCEPTIONAL REFUND CASES

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error

  • Payment successfully debited but service not activated due to a system failure

  • Refunds mandated by applicable consumer protection or payment regulations

Such cases are reviewed on a case-by-case basis at Wedfy’s sole discretion.


PAYMENT GATEWAY AND BANK CHARGES

All refunds, if approved, shall be processed through the original payment method used.

Any payment gateway charges, bank fees, taxes, or government levies are non-refundable unless required by law.

Wedfy shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions.


REFUND PROCESS

To request a refund (only if eligible), users must contact Wedfy support with:

  • Registered email address

  • Registered mobile number

  • Transaction ID / payment reference

  • Brief reason for the request

REVIEW AND DECISION

Wedfy will review eligible refund requests within a reasonable time frame.

Approval or rejection of a refund request shall be final and binding.


SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

If an account is suspended or terminated due to misuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of policies, no refund shall be issued.


POLICY UPDATES

Wedfy reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on the platform. Continued use of Wedfy services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
